Deal Flow Connection is a service provided by DP Information Network Pte Ltd. It is the gateway where good business ideas get connected to finance. Businesses can tap this platform to match their deals with different sources of finance ranging from debt to equity funding such as venture funds and private placements.
Member specifically agrees to perform business & legal due-diligence prior to entering any transaction with another party identified and engaged through service.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The following terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between the user who is registering and subscribing to the Deal Flow Connection services and DP Information Network Pte Ltd (DP INFO), and supersedes all prior agreements between both parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
These terms and conditions shall govern the services to be provided by DP Information and the payment and use of such services by the User.

Through Membership and Participation in DFC, DP Info provides immediate access to valuable and proprietary databases, contact information, and both direct and indirect introduction to other members for an agreed period of time. DP Info will accept a termination of service and membership by correspondence from the participant and removal of previously submitted content under control of the participant. DP Info does not agree to refund any payments or fees made for Membership, Set-up charges, or service after a USER ID and PASSWORD have been provided to the Member or Participant that provides Authorized access to the service.
Retrieval or Submission of content to DFC; or payment for service to DP Info; or use of the service for any utility or information purpose whatever; are deemed to be Acceptance and Agreement to the Terms and Condition presented here.
Member acknowledges that from time to time DFC may make available a downloadable file for the purpose of convenient access to information. Downloadable files can often contain viruses that are embedded without the knowledge of the member. These viruses can damage a recipient user's computer. Member also recognizes that a malicious person may intentionally load a virus-infected file and offer it to other members. Members agrees to download files at your own risk and to hold DFC and DP Info harmless for any and all consequential damages that may occur as a result of corrupt or viral infected download files. DP Info advises that participant should test all downloaded files before opening them.
Members and any users of this service agree that all posted listing and contact information is provided for the individual and personal use of registered members of DFC; and, that DFC retains all rights, title and interests, including copyright and other proprietary rights, in the Service and all material, including but not limited to text, images, and other multimedia data.
Members and any users of this service agree that it will not copy nor license, sell, transfer, make available or otherwise distribute the Service or Content to any entity or person. Any Member or User shall use its best efforts to stop any unauthorized copying or distribution immediately after such unauthorized use becomes known. DFC reserves the right to end the membership of any Member who violates these terms and no refunds of membership fees will be made.
Notification of Deals Closure
Entrepreneurs, Intermediaries and Sources of funds in DFC agree to notify DP Info of all completed transactions that originate as a result of the use of this service. Notification may be sent via email to DP Info.
Notification must include basic details on completed deal, including date of completion and funding or financing amount.
Use of e-mail
Entrepreneurs, Intermediaries and Sources of funds in DFC agree to notify DP Info of all completed transactions that originate as a result of the use of this service. Notification may be sent via email to DP Info.
DFC mainly approaches you by e-mail. The Users therefore consents to the fact that DFC can use his e-mail address for any type of communication, including marketing and advertising.
